Our Story
Founded by Christina Cattin-Koch and Cristobel Morison-Demesy, CMCK Solutions is an international leadership development and learning consultancy with offices in Switzerland and Singapore. For over 25 years, we have partnered with organizations worldwide to design and deliver practical learning experiences that translate learning into action and create measurable impact for both individuals and organizations.
We provide customers with a set of Applied Learning tools that ensure participants attending our trainings are immediately able to use their newly acquired competencies back at work and keep track of their progress.
At the same time, managers are able to measure and monitor staff performance once the training event is over. Recall increases significantly through the use of Applied Learning techniques, helping organizations achieve a high return on investment.
Our mission is to build long-term relationships and become our clients’ preferred and trusted Learning & Development partner. We strive to meet and exceed expectations by delivering Swiss-quality, business-relevant solutions that have a lasting impact at both an individual and organizational level.
